3. Booking & Payments

  • All services require confirmation before scheduling.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. A 30 day payment cycle is accepted for selected partners.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic transfers.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability & Warranties

  • Smart Work NV is insured and committed to delivering quality work.
  • We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or issues outside the agreed service scope.
