1. Introduction
Welcome to Smart Work NV. By booking our handyman or property maintenance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline our commitments to you and your responsibilities when using our services.
2. Services Provided
Smart Work NV offers professional handyman, property repair, and maintenance services to homeowners, property managers, and investors in Las Vegas, Nevada. Specific details of your service will be confirmed before work begins.
3. Booking & Payments
- All services require confirmation before scheduling.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. A 30 day payment cycle is accepted for selected partners.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic transfers.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability & Warranties
- Smart Work NV is insured and committed to delivering quality work.
- We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or issues outside the agreed service scope.
6. Emergency Services
We offer after-hours emergency services for urgent property issues. Additional rates may apply.
